Divisions

  • All students are registered in the Special Department and the personal cards form of T-2 are filled with them.
  • After receiving personal files from the admission committee , an extract from the order is put in the student's personal file.
  • Explanatory work is carried out with first-year students on military laws and students' attendance military commissariats.
  • Form-26 certificates are presented to all military commissariats in Armenia to form first-year students' deferment.
  • Then, regularly once a year military commissariats submit lists. T-2 cards are checked and compared according to students' residence and military commissariats receive Form-26 certificates of the students who enjoy the right of deferment.
  • If the student is dismissed, the relevant military commissariat receives an extract from the order of dismissal within three days.
  • In case of necessity all students of all courses may get certificates to represent to different departments.
  • All full- time students are registered.
  • Personal files of all graduates and dismissed students are drawn up, filed and given to the archive.
  • Before state exams, the department carries out preparatory work, compares the names of graduates with passport data for subsequent processing of diplomas.
  • While restoring the students, all documents are required and checked.
  • Diplomas and documents on accounting of particular importance are stored in the safe of the department.
  • Copies of certificates, diplomas and supplements are attached to the personal file.
  • When applying for a job, the persons liable for military service and conscription age are registered , but approved those employees who are entitled by the law.
  • The department carries out the formation of orders of demobilized students and those who have not used their right to deferment and have joined the army.
  • The department prepares documents for instructors in physical therapy.
  • Relevant report is presented to the Ministry of Education and Science on assignment and delivery of diplomas.
