Training pedagogical
The department of Weightlifting, Boxing and Fencing was established in 1945.
The first head of the department was the USSR master of sport, merit coach of the republic, merit worker of physical culture and sport of Armenia, merit worker of physical culture and sport of Georgia, Professor Hrachik Gasparyan.
